This is a 12 hour course delivered over 2 consecutive Sundays for both you and your birth partner.
Here you will learn how to use effective relaxation techniques to help ease your body and mind during birth! This includes:
- Breathing
- Visualisation
- Self-hypnosis
- Positioning/movement
- Acupressure points
and so much more...
Each couple will receive a comprehensive Hypnobirthing Australia folio of resources which includes visualisation images and scripts, self-hypnosis scripts, affirmations, birth preferences templates and code for mp3 downloads of some of the BEST-SELLING birthing tracks on iTunes. Plus a little present for the mummas.
Morning tea and snacks provided. Bring your own lunch or order delivery on the day. Exact address will be included in your confirmation email.
